A video currently making rounds on social media shows the moment Tiwa Savage revealed the man behind her hit song ‘Somebody’s Son’. The video was gotten from her recently concluded concert which was held in Lagos.

While performing the song to fans during the show, Tiwa Savage stopped the music for a moment as she revealed the man behind her inspiration for Somebody’s Son.

‘She said that she’s heard talks from people who said that the song would only be sung by ladies because she used ‘somebody’s son would find me one day’ in the music.

“I’m gonna tell you guys this story, I said it yesterday while I was in Uganda. When I did this song, a lot of people were like, this is a sure hit but only girls are gonna sing this song…

“They said Tiwa you’re taking a risk by making this your first single.”

She then revealed that the somebody’s Son she was referring to in her music Jesus Christ which people of both genders can look for.

“I said to them, don’t worry I’m going to tell you this story. You see, the somebody’s son I was talking about is actually Jesus Christ, for real! So whether you’re a man or woman, we are all looking for that somebody’s Son”, she says.
