Nana Ama Clark was discovered dead in a pool of blood at OLA Estate in Cape Coast on Friday night.
Around 9 p.m. on Friday, police received information that a woman had been discovered dead by the roadside at OLA Estate, adjacent to the OLA College of Education in Cape Coast.
When the cops arrived, they saw the lady laying naked with her private parts hacked off.
The body was taken to the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital mortuary and will be investigated further.
